Hinges: Hinges are hardware fittings connecting cabinets and cabinet doors. Frequent switching tests the quality of hinges. Slide track: drawers in cabinets are controlled by slides. Good slides can ensure that drawers are pulled out without overturning or falling off. They also need to be disassembled simply. However, the slides with poor quality will be difficult to push and pull for a long time. Plastic pulley, steel ball and wear-resistant nylon are three kinds of pulley materials. The wear-resistant nylon pulls and pushes smoothly, quietly and softly.
Pressure device: There are many pneumatic and hydraulic devices in the cabinet hardware fittings, which mainly control the upside-down door and vertical lifting door. The pressure device with high elasticity can keep the panel and the cabinet at a certain distance, and provide strong support for the panel.
Lab basket: Lab basket can store more kitchen utensils and tableware, make full use of cabinet space. Baskets are made of stainless steel, chrome plating and baking varnish. Baskets can be divided into hearth baskets, three-sided baskets, drawer baskets, ultra-narrow baskets, high-depth baskets, corner baskets and so on.
Kicking board: The kitchen floor is wet, the cabinet is best equipped with kicking board, which can play the role of moisture-proof and prolong the service life of the kitchen cabinet. Some inferior kitchen cabinets will use recycled plastic as kickboards, which is easy to aging and make cabinets lose balance and collapse. Wood materials are easy to absorb water and become damp, which endangers the whole cabinet. The abrasive metal kickboard with waterproof rubber is waterproof, moistureproof, mildew-proof, rust-proof, and has a more beautiful and durable appearance.
Damping: Hinges and slides should be damped by a silent system to avoid noise.
2. Quality Discrimination Method
It is preferred to distinguish from appearance. The appearance of good quality hardware fittings should be smooth, uniform, without burrs, rust spots and other defects. It shows that the processing accuracy is high, the interchangeability is good, and the quality of the fittings with regular brand, origin and quality assurance commitment period is more guaranteed.
Through inspection to distinguish, drawers, cabinet doors and other places with hardware fittings, switches should be flexible, noise-free, collision-proof or self-closing functions. The cabinet body should be properly connected and the overall firmness should be good. The kitchen cabinet as a whole should have kick boards, so as to avoid dampness of the cabinet and facilitate cleaning.
Check whether the slideway pulling, hinge opening and closing are smooth, whether there is any abnormal noise, whether the metal handle has rust, whether the surface oxide layer is falling off, whether the coating and gloss are uniform, whether the damper closing is flexible, and so on. Attention should be paid to check whether there are quality inspection reports for hardware fittings, such as 50 000 times for hinge opening and closing test, 50 000 times for drawer guide under 25 kg load without damage, etc.
